I've taken to calling this bull rocker Ferdinand but he would be happy to be renamed. This rocker is solidly built from solid pine. This rocker is stained with black spots and a black mane and tail was added. Not only will this rocker provide hours of play but it is sure to be passed down from generation to generation. This table is made in the Mission style which features mortise and tennon joints giving it a distinctive style. The ends of the table top are bread-boarded which adds strength and prevents warping. This table was constructed of wormy maple that is a domestic Canadian lumber which highlights the woods grain.

This bar features a live edge counter top of olive wood and solid birch shelving. The birch legs feature single tennons on one side and a solid slab on the other which gives it a very modern look and feel.

This second image shown the distinctive pattern of the olive wood table top. As with many live edge slabs there is slight cracking at the end. To prevent further cracking solid birch keys have been mortised into the slab.

This built in coffee station is made of solid maple and features pressed tin insets on the cabinet doors. Additionally, a matching maple cabinet was built above the unit for cookbooks. The cookbook cabinet features a glass panel to display the books.

These floor to ceiling shelves are built in and made of a combination of solid oak and furniture grade oak plywood. This unit also features a hidden compartment and solid oak molding.

This mantel is constructed of solid oak and furniture grade oak plywood in the mission style. It features a solid oak top and the tiling and hearth is constructed of polished river rock. The wood was given a dark stain.

This queen sized bed is constructed of solid pine and is designed in the mission style which features mortise and tennon joints. The bed was given a clear finish to feature the wood. 

This project was a labor of love. I repurposed my grandfathers tool box to contain the wires and cords for all of our homes mobile devices. The table is constructed from a pedal sewing machine which belonged to my great grandmother and features a solid maple top.
